I refinanced my house with Ameriquest back in May of this year. They said I was supossed to 7,000 dollars out of the mortgage. I wind up getting less than half of that when I closed on my mortgage. They did not pay for the insurance that they said they were paying for out of the settlement money. They also did a bogus appraisal that barely allows me to refinance. I am currently seeking a lawsuit against ameriquest and wanted to know if anyone wanted to go in with me on the lawsuit. I feel if we ban together we will make a difference and possibly be rid of Ameriquest.
