The settlement between Ameriquest and the Attorney Generals of 49 states is nothing but an insult to the American consumer. Ameriquest has cost me 10's of thousands of dollars, life threatening health problems, ruined my credit, and forced me into bankruptcy. I urge all victims of Ameriquest that were defrauded by their PREDATORY TYPE lending practices to refuse the settlement and seek an attorney A.S.A.P.
Ameriquest loan officers from Wexford PA and all the other states they do business in lie and deceive to get you to refinance through them. They could care less if you lose your home or even die from the stress caused by them. They must me held accountable for the wrong committed.
