We have been with ameriquest for over a year. We are now behind on our payments, we have 3 children, monthly wages of 2100.00 and ameriquest approved us for a loan with payments of 1360.00 per mo, If you add homeowners in and taxes that is the total of our income. Anyways we were told the same old stuff about interest and all that. But its funny we live in WIsconsin, our former mortgage co had me and my husband on it, also the title to the house had us both on in, when we changed to ameriquest they just deleted me altogether, i never had to sigh a thing, is this ok to do in wisconsin? Please we need help to get out of this nightmare. We now have bad credit, If anyone can help please let me know. Email me ASAP
