I have had aa mortgage with ameriquest mortgage company.
Some unknown person was able to get into my checking account, depleated all of my money, was unable to pay mortgage payment to ameriquest mortgage company.
Company took me to court, judge ruled that i could stay in my house until february first.
Now they are presuring me to move out sooner.
They have offered me 500.00 if i move by the 15th of february, but, they have not sent to the real estate agent who is handling this for ameriquest.
I know that i have the right until they pay me the $500.00, or if they do bot, then i will stay until february first.
People, please do not do any business with ameriquest, as they rip you off with their predatory lending.
