NPNG credit card processor hold my company fund starting on September and partially deposited money to our bank account since then. While they are holding my money, NPMG continued to post debit to my account.
Wade Como, operation manager of NPMG credit card processing company call me says my account will be closed. However, they do not release the fund even after the account is closed.
I make numerous calls and document all the calls; finally Wade takes the call and says the money will be released on November 17. However, no money is deposited to my account after November 17.
This complaints also include the fraudulent lease, NPMG never tell me the true cost of the lease as the same experience with other complaints in usacomplaints.com. The lease needs to be cancelled and I return the machine to them.
A complaint is filed with FTC, how can everyone here make plan to sue NPMG?
