Ripoff

I am sorry to say we too have been RIPPED OFF by NPMG. We were told we could "CANCEL" at anytime by our salesman! The story is similar as the ones before me.

We were told the same story about JP Morgan/Chase Bank and about our CC machine being "Out of date" and they would have to use their machine with their programming for us to get the "Great" rate. We were going to have to lease/pay about $4,000. Oo for a machine I knew we could 'BUY' for less than $500. Oo.

We too had a perfectly fine machine that we use that does not use thermal paper as a print out receipt. (think fax machine) We insisted on a credit card machine that did not use thermal paper. Our salesman said NOOOO problem!

Sure enough, the wrong machine shows up. Our salesman then said they would have to make one up 'special' for us. He didn't say that the first time? A new lease comes over the fax machine and it says "NON-CANCELABLE" from NPMG, Brandan Stojak. We say No.

By now we are talking to Brandon Stojak at NPMG. He says you can not cancel the machine. Processing yes, but not the machine. That's not what the salesman said!"Well he doesn't work for us anymore".

By this time we get a bill for processing from a company in Ownings Mills, MD called Global Payments. HUH??? For fees??? And we haven't even plugged in the machine yet!

We were charged for a 'chargeback' of $25. Oo??? Retrievel charge $10. Oo??? We received several bills like this without plugging in the machine. We were able to put a stop to it and retrieve most of our money back.

Now we receive phone calls constantly about the machine from another company in Chicago, IL called "Lease Finance Group, LLC". We were able to send the machine back to them thru trickery (UPS) and they accepted it. They don't care and just want their money also. They call and call.

I have recently filed a complaint with the State Attorney's Office in IL on Lease Finance Group, LLC. One is going in the mail tomorrow to the State Attorney in AZ. 6/8/06. On NPMG.

One of the reasons I did not state our salesman name in this declaration is that he is willing to go to court and state on our behalf why NPMG is a Rip-Off company and why.

Yes, we too have been put thru the wringer. If someone starts something, we would be happy to join!
