Defective central airconditioning unit

Case 1464028 Purchases unit in 8/11 and it kept losing coolant and still does not work - they want me to now pay for repairs as it is out of warranty BUT CAN'T GET THEM TO UNDERSTANDTHAT SINCE THEY NEVER FIXED IT WHEN UNDER WARRANTY, WE SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED TO GET IT FIXED NOW. They did offer a $150 discount on service call but still have to pay the $79 trip fee and can't get any info on how much more a problem similar to ours costs. Blue ribbon service is worthless in helping.in researching the internet reviews, this seems to be a very common problem that they do not want to accept responsibility for. Now what.
