Here is the response I got from Sears... This is Sad... Nothing more to say.

I have had Kenmore all my life, use to be quality. I bought a 5.1 cu ft freezer March... It stopped working. I called service... Charge $75 for call plus parts and labor... Really??? I paid $170 for what I thought was a quality product... Now I may have to pay more then the original price to get it fixed. Are you kidding me!!! Kenmore = Junk. This is a sad thing for me!!! I am 54 years old and I thought I would never utter the words Kenmore = Junk. That is just to bad!!!
