I have had this warranty on my home since every since we have had problems with our central air unit. They have come out in servicing this unit. They have come out to add coolant and they have also chnaged the thermostat. Now that the unit needs to be replaced they are saying it is and always was too small for the house saying that it needs to be a 3 ton to cool the home. AHS has continued to allow me to call them for service which costs 50-60 dollars per service call and they have also continued to send me a contract that states that the AC unit is covered and I have been paying for the additional AC coverage which is an optional feature. I talked to suervisors and they have offered to repay my service charged which I denied. The suoervisor also admitted that someone made a mistake in covering the unit on my contract. Thay have completely denied this claim and refuses to do anything, now I am stuck in 90 degree weather with no cool air. I work for the post office as a mial carrier so I am so hot when I am at work and I just want to be able to come home and chill out not melt down, what a rip-off!!
