Citibank deactivated my card (without my approval) due to "fraudulent activity" and did not refund all of the fraudulent charges to my bank account, even though they stated the charges were not made by me? #? When I called them again due to a -100 balance on a bank account that had funds in it they stated they would again have to deactivate the card to have an investigation done and I would have to wait god knows how long for another card in the mail. They wouldn't even refund the overdraft fees I incurred as a result of the second debacle. Citibank is exhausting and definitely has lost yet another customer...
