Angry! J (U#$#@*# - So today I get an email from Sears stating that their records show no attempts of communication by me to resolve the swapped hoses issue on my washine machine after original installation in April... Until my service appt. Of March 19!?!? They apologize and offered a $50 gift card!?!?! It appears Sears has a much bigger problem with employees that are unethical and immoral, who delete and falsify records to cover their Asses!!!
