July 27—first attmpted repair—multiple repair attempts through today, Oct 05 AND THE WASHER IS STILL NOT WORKING! Much run around, cancelled appts, late, missed work. I have a case # from Sears Customer Solutions 1772842 and all they can offer is another appt. Today, after the 3rd cancellation this week, when I objected to the change in time, the Tech said he had changed his mind and would NOT COME TO THE HOUSE AT ALL AND HE DISCONNECTED. I called Sears Customer Solutions and I was told that the tech said that I used inappropriate language would not come to my house—THAT IS A LIE. The person said that another tech said that on the first visit (July 27) I used inappropriate language with him and that I was hostile. I have never met or talked to any of the techs except for ramiro who hung up on me today. I will write to Sears Corporate, but I have no hope that they will make good on this. After 40 years of being a loyal customer, I will not buy from Sears and I will also contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint!
