Groupon got their money so they dont care after that

I ordered two ice devices on the 05th of november and i still have not received them i have been emailing groupon and they do not seem to care that it has been over the 4 weeks since i ordered them they only reply to some of my emails and when they do its the same reply every time 'i have escalated your order now, ill be in touch when i have an update' i asked them for a refund and they told me i would have to cancel my orders to receive a refund. I keep asking them have they heard from the company i ordered the ice devices from and they will not answer me or tell me what they have said about this not only that i have been emailing the company i ordered them from and they will not reply to me at all now since it went passed the 4 week deadline. They did reply to me the first time and told me that they didnt even have these items in stock that they had to reorder them and wait for them to arrive but that they would send me an email when my items have been posted, i still havent received an email from them.
