I purchased a Groupon voucher for a canvas print, valued to $19, and I am still yet to hear back from either parties - groupon or the printing company. I bought and placed my order on the 21st of November and the print was intended to be a Christmas gift. I have since sent refund request emails (after copious follow up on my order emails) however still no reply.
