I purchased 3 x Groupon offers at the end November, totalling £57.00. I had to pay a further £2.99 per item directly to the company Grapegifts via Nochex. The items were boxed wine sets. Despatch was promised on 12.12.11, so that the goods would arrive in a timely manner for Christmas. I received an email on 21.12.11,: Dear Nikki

The order never arrived. I called Grapegifts and received an automated reply saying that orders were delayed but would be received in a timely manner before Christmas. The same automated reply is still there now in January. I have called them 17 times, and have never been able to speak to someone. I cancelled the order on January 11th via email. I contacted Groupon and Nochex requesting a refund. Nochex refer me back to Grapegifts telling to email delivery@grapegifts to cancel the order. I have explained that that is what I did, and attached the email, but Nochex have not replied. Grapegifts are ignoring all of my emails, I have sent seven. Groupon are also ignoring my emails, I have asked for a refund, as it was them who I paid. I have called them four times, and sent two emails. Their unprofessional conduct is horrendous, I assume they think that if they ignore people long enough, people will give up. My email address, and also the one that is linked to my paypal account that I purchased the deal through is [email protected]. Can you help?
