I ordered Make-Up Course in November. I received a voucher succesully. I tried to contact the company to book the class via email as requested. I haven't received any reply.
At the begining of January I wrote to Groupon about the problem asking for cancelation and refund. I haven't received any information from them either. I re-emailed Groupon twice after that and still waiting for a reply.
The outcome of the situation is that i have neither my class booked nor my money.
I am very unhappy about this deal.
