I purchased some make up brushes on the 30th November from Temptation via Groupon. The money has been taken from my bank account but the product has not been received! It has been 34 days since they were ordered but expected delivery was to allow up to 21 days! This product was meant to be a Christmas present! I have tried contacting Temptation on numerous occasions but the line is constantly engaged. I emailed - also no reply! I tried contacting groupon and no customer service agent came to the phone after 30mins of waiting! Emailed groupon - also no reply!
