My g/f and i were really looking forward to cutting our bill by a $100 each month by switching. (i also was excited for the free nfl ticket). We just finally cancelled our order after 3 failed installs. Technicians and the sales are not on the same page. We have been charged $150 dollars and dont even have any equipment or service. We have had different stories from everyone we have talked to. Worst costumer service and satisfaction. Felt more like scams then it did service. Even memebers of my family and friends are cancelling due to the issues we have gone through. I really thought we would get more but we will stick with our cable provider.
