Time Warner Cable has been performing bait and switch operations in Garner, NC. This is an illegal operation in which you order a service, they call you back and ask if you want a package deal. They told me 99 a month for cable and internet (20gb) no repercussions for cancelling a service if it doesnt work the way it is supposed to.
The cable is so horrible that i refuse to use it, the dvr box is sluggish and unresponsive. I call up to have the cable cancelled and they tell me it is 60 a month. I explain to them the internet is supposed to be 39.94 a month, and they tell me it was a "package" promotional which it wasnt.
My first bill they attempted to charge me 300 dollars for cable, internet, and installation (installation was supposed to be free, and they had the package set at 118 dollars instead of 99) Yet again blatant fraud.
I talked to the supervisor and she was just a normal service employee that had no ability over the previous person i spoke with over the phone. Her ID number is 13263 and her name is Shyra. I asked her who she worked for and she kept changing her pre taught language. "I dont even know the supervisors number" "its the weekend, there is no one else above me here" "I know my boss name but i cant give it out" "you can go to this website and complain"
