I lost my job and my DirecTV was turned off by the company and I had a contract with DirecTV for 2 years. When my service was turned off, DirecTV charged me for the rest of my contract period for over 1-1/2 years which is ridiculous.
Then when I tried to send the equipment back to them after they had sent me boxes and I had moved and misplaced the boxes and labels, they wouldn't even send me a label or boxes to get their equipment back telling me I have to pay for it.
They charged me $700 for 4 months of service which includes the equipment and when I send their equipment back that only takes off about $250.00 which is ridiculous.
This is the worst cable company I have ever dealt with.
