I have been with time warner ever since Adelphia became Time warner and the service just gets worse and worse. A family member passed away today and we have been having serious issues with our phone and I have had to spend HOURS! HOURS on hold, I have spoken to SIX different "technical support " people and NOTHING helps it only gets worse. I hate this company it has the worst service and worst costumer service.
