Thank god we do not have directv. We got the NFL ticket free when my husband purchased madden 25. Apparently it was included. So today we are excited to watch the jets and bills game at 4:30. We settle down with my mom and dad, sister and brother ready to cheer for our team and finish our weekend with some incredible family bonding and... Nothing. Where's the game? Has it been delayed? All we are looking at is a still screen of the teams logos. We'll we look on line and see that the game is not delayed and We try everything we can think of to fix it because we are thinking that it must be something on our end. Finally we call direct tv. We are immediately put on hold (go figure) and it appears that the person on the other end is incompotent. Finally we are old that it is an error on their side and we just have to "wait it out". The game never came on. I understand that things can go wrong, but what does this really say about direct tv? If they can't handle something small like online nfl ticket, why should I trust them with my cable and internet needs. I don't and neither should you. I all stick with my Verizon. Don't buy directv
