Either my receiver or the card went out today and because I live in northwest Colorado and not in a large city where you are headquartered, I won't have any tv service for about a week. Shipping doesn't go out until tomorrow and it will take 5 shipping days to get here. Thursday shipping so receive Wednesday. That is totally unacceptable... I am disgusted...
