I signed up for Direct TV NOV because of the advertisement of three HD receivers but the day of my installation I only got two HD receivers and regular receiver. I called the direct tv customer # and they told me I had to pay for my third HD receiver and they had me on the phone for 45 mins and didn't help me with my problem. I'm still a new customer and they should still treat me has one but they don't care about their customers once we sign up for that 2 year contract. I would not recommend may friends or family to get Direct TV.
