Credit Report Lists Account With $325 Limit I Never Opened

I decided to check my credit report. The first account listed is an open account with BP/Citi. It says that I have a credit limit of $325.

My monthly payment is $10.00, and the account is in good standing. The funny thing is that I never opened it or even made a payment. What company is this?

This is very scary!
