Ripoff I Never opened this account

I decided to check my credit report. The first on there is an opened account with BP/Citi. It says that I have a credit limit of $325.

My monthly payment is $10.00 and it's in good standing. Funny thing is that I never opened or even made a payment. What company is this?

This very scary!!!
