Fradulent Credit Card Offer, THIS GROUP OF COMPANIES ARE RIPOFF LIARS! Valley Cottage, Nanuet, Toronto Canada

I was contacted by Elite Solutions around the 18th of August with a too good to be true offer. They said that they would be able to give me a Visa card with a $5000 limit, unsecured. I asked what the catch was, and they said that the card had a one-time $299 processing fee. The lady that I spoke to said that Elite Solutions was only interested in helping it's clients get back to an A-1 credit rating. I said that I didn't have the $299 available, and asked if I could just charge it to the Visa when I got it. She said that I would receive the Visa card by 9-3-04, transfer the funds from the Visa to my checking acct, and that they could set up a draw from my bank acct on 9-6-04. This all sounded great, so I agreed.

Then, a Conrad Jones got on the phone to record my bank info, and I thought everything was ok.
I waited until 9-3-04, and when my card didn't arrive, I called their phone number, 800-837-4992, and asked to talk to someone about my acct. I had actually called several times that day, and left messages, which no one returned. When I told this to the representative, they said that was srange, and they would be happy to help me. I explained the situation to them, and they went off to look up my acct.

They came back, and said that whoever I had spoken to originally had given me the wrong info, because my card wasn't even going to be MAILED until that day, 9-3-04. I told them this was going to be a problem, because they had originally told me I was going to GET the card by the 3rd, and now, since it wasn't even mailed yet, there was no way the money was going to be in my bank by the 6th. I asked them if I could push the bank draw back, until after I received my card, and they said sure.

They told me I would receive my card in 5-10 business days, or roughly by 9-17-04. I asked them to guarantee that the draw that was going to be coming out of my acct on the 3rd would be cancelled, and they said no problem. I again spoke to Conrad Jones, gave my bank info again for the new draw date of 9-17-04, and thought the whole matter was cleared up.

On 9-7-04, I was balancing my ckeckbook, and then the nightmare started. THIS COMPANY HAD LIED TO ME, AND TAKEN THE MONEY OUT ANYWAY, ON 9-6-04!!! I called them right away, and all I got was an answering machine. That was on 9-7-04, and as of today, 9-21-04, I have made in excess of 200 attempts to get someone to answer the phone, and they never do. Only once did someone pick up the phone, but they hung up right away, whithout even saying anything.

So, this is what my husband and I did, and what we found out: we filled out a complaint with the Champlain NY area BBB, and they had two complaints already on ELITE SOLUTIONS. When I got done filling out the BBB form, and I printed out all the documentation, in the ELITE SOLUTIONS company info, it gave a website, www.ihealthsupport.com. We looked up www.ihealthsupport.com on WhoIs.com, and it lead us to a company called the Good Life Group, owned by a MATTHEW GOODMAN, located at 614 Corporate Way, Valley Cottage, NY, 10989, phone 845-267-4386. You can also trace this MATTHEW GOODMAN and the Good Life Group to 233 West Route 59, Nanuet, NY, 10954.

We had someone contact MATTHEW GOODMAN, and he acted outraged, saying that he had done some "shipping" for ELITE SOLUTIONS about a year ago, and that the address he had for them was 220 E Delaware, Newark, NJ, 19711, phone 866-396-9191. This was a lie too. MATTHEW GOODMAN can also be traced to a company called BO-MAT CREATIONS, 614 Corporate Way, Valley Cottage, NY, 10989, phone 845-267-2324. MATTHEW GOODMAN is based out of Virginia also. He is a doctor, supposedly, and we traced him there through the email address for the company ELITE SOLUTIONS, [email protected].

Also, when I call the ELITE SOLUTIONS "customer service" phone number, the message instructions I get are in French. When I call after hours, I get some recroding saying somehting in French, and then someone in English saying "head office". So this MATTHEW GOODMAN character probably has this whole opperation based out of Canada.
So far I have complained to the CA attorney general, the NY attorney general, the FTC, the USPS, the US attorney general, the Secret Service, the FBI, the Canadian government in general, and the Canadian solicitor general specifically.

If there's anyone out there that has any other information on these CRIMINALS, or has any ideas about what we can do, let us know. THIS IS FRAUD, IT'S ILLEGAL, THEY ARE RUINING PEOPLE'S LIVES AND IT HAS TO STOP!

One other note: the address for ELITE SOLUTIONS, 100 A Walnut Street, Champlain, NY, is the home to HUNDREDS of other "companies" doing this credit card scam!!! Do a search here on the complaint!!! We found 714 other reports, ann with this 100 A Walnut Street address!!!
Help us bring these criminals out in the open to get the punishment they deserve!!!
