Internet loss every few minutes - Windstream Broadband connection

Have complained repeatedly. They send someone out but it never gets fixed. I'm tired of paying for something I'm not getting. I have wireless and no one with a laptop in the house can pick it up! Thinking about dropping them! I drop the internet over a 100 times in a couple days if not sooner.
