Windstream took over from Alltel a few years ago, and I have had various problems with Windstream. The latest is their offer to "... Switch over to Broadband at no change in cost". The first month with Windstream Broadband resulted in a bill that was $25 higher than the previous bill. I called Windstream, and I was told that the extra amount would be refunded and that the monthly cost would be adjusted to their offer amount. However, this did not happen. We are still being billed at the extra amount. This sort of thing goes on time after time for this company. Unfortunately, we have no choice of other Internet services in our location in Nebraska. We need the FTC to do something about this company.
