On sunday I was transferred three times and did not speak to someone until 35 minutes of waiting time. We have asked windstream to fix our internet loss of connection a ton of times. I am in Hubbard texas. I am here when the telephone guy gets here and watch him call in for tech support on his end since he is the tech AND YOU CANNOT GET windsteam ON THE LINE TO FIX ANYTHING.
The outside technician cannot fix anything quickly if it takes 45 minutes for him to get through. Does anyone know about network america.
