I have called 2 times on this same issue. I pay for 3m and I am barely getting 2. When I called the first time, the man that I spoke with said that its that the there is an outage in my area and should be fixed with in 24 to 48 hours. When asking him further information, I was hung up on. Calling 2 days later with same issue, I was given the same information. When asking to further that information, the woman I was speaking with sounded like it was a bother to answer why this was happening, and when this issue would be fixed. She said there was no time limit and that there was nothing more she could help me with with this issue. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone, and that my problem wasnt important enough to be solved. I liked Windstream till now. But have little choices for internet service.
