Have had Windstream for a few years now. The past several months, the internet speeds have gone so far downhill, that, even though I am paying for 12Mb service, I only get 0.62Mb. Every time I call, or get on their live chat to speak to an analyst, they tell me the same thing - 'There is a latency outage in your area. There is a work order already open for it, and the technicians are working on it now.' For the past 8 months this has been the issue. Then they say 'We'll credit your bill for the inconvenience' and never do so. This company is full of lies. Take your business elsewhere. I am.
