Efund disputed / horrible customer service

About 2 yrs before I had been shifting and had by wire support discountiued by which I'd provided Immediate wire entry my my bank account to pay for my statement.By which they got out an overall total for that gear and statement. I'd not a problem together doing this to accomplish our deal. I had been subsequently informed by Directv written down when i return the gear, they'd matter a partial reimbursement. I instantly did so, but no reimbursement adopted. Subsequently began all of the run-around. I got intouch with Directv to inform them the consideration they'd on document no further endured and they would need to send a check. I had been informed this could be achieved however it never occur. Contact Number 2 I named again plus they explained of how they delivered it towards the overdue bill an that I'd need to monitor it right down to my lender. I thought it had been a demand but achieved it anyway. Next phone informed them of my results but still there is an issue. Today I had been passsed from broker to broker to administration, and fianally onto Billings Challenge. I had been informed since I'd to submit a prepared declaration with finacial claims to back my results, when all-they needed to do was observe that the total amount wasn't dispersed to a merchant account. I work-in Company and realize that this in not correct process or etiquttes. I'll guidance noone to complete business with this type of questionable operation.
