They are deceitful and will take advantage of you

I had been merely a primary Television client for 2 times. During these two times I had been about the telephone with numerous reps employed by Direct TV. After I first registered for Direct TV I requested the consultant to get a wire and web deal. I informed her that used to do not need the support if web wasn't involved. She advised me that it had been likely to be incorporated and closed me-up for that bundle. Following the specialist found my home and mounted the wire on 12/2/09, I discovered he didn't put up the web. I called instantly that evening and was about the telephone for an hour or so wondering why I didn't obtain web. The final consultant that I talked to that particular evening explained to contact Verizon to obtain my web put up. I named Verizon 24 hours later plus they informed me that used to do not need a merchant account together and they couldn't support me. I subsequently called back Strong TV and talked using a repetition. Who explained that I'd not have the ability to get web since it wasn't provided in my own region. I terminated on 12/4/09 the reps name that helped me was Sarah (id# 435559) She informed me that I would not get charged the cancelation fee since I had only had the service for 2 times. I delivered all of the gear the moment I obtained the fed-ex bundle I had been to ship it in. I subsequently discovered I had been billed 442.37 from direct tv... Once I had been billed this quantity I called Direct TV. And talked towards the supervisor identification# 413692) She advised me that I had been billed for that cancelation charge accidentally. She subsequently explained that she couldn't return me until I published the organization workplace a notice concerning the problem despite the fact that this entire point wasn't my problem!
