Cancellation horrible!

On Tuesday, May 18th, I named DIRECTV to stop my support. I request the client service consultant just how much it'd be to stop my support. He explained it'd be $20/month until Nov. I decided to that quantity and so I had him stop the support at 12AM on Thursday morning. On Thursday, May 20th, I continued www.directv.com to pay for my statement for $120 (that will be what I had been informed it'd be). After I utilized my bill online the sum total was $255. I named DIRECTV immediately and spoken to some customer support agent called Van. I expected her to examine my consideration due to the various quantity I had been informed on Tuesday. After she examined the consideration she realized that I'd a credit on my consideration and he or she stated my agreement really finished in Sept. Consequently she explained I Would have to may $20/month til Sept ($80) subsequently with my bill credit the sum total might arrived at $55.10. I informed her which was good and that I'd spend that quantity when I might spend it online. She explained to hold back a couple of days since their online account supervisor had a need to alter the total amount on my bill. I informed her that might be good which I Would spend the $55.10 instantly when I noticed it online. I expected her 3 times exactly what the whole was that I'd have to spend. 3 times she explained $55.10. Nowadays, May 25th, I visited spend my whole and also the quantity wasn't altered. I named DIRECTV again to confirm the sum total was $55.10 and also the customer support consultant Beginning explained the whole was $255. She stated that I had been not out-of my agreement until next year. I've had DIRECTV since 2008. Their customer support reps have explained three distinct quantities to pay for. I decided to spend $20/month until Nov for my early termination throughout the first phone. The 2nd consultant explained that I just had a need to spend $55.10. I informed her which was good and that I'd spend it the moment I noticed it on my online declaration. I don't believe it right that I Have been informed three distinct quantities to pay for. I decided to the very first whole; $120. Used to do not accept $255. Please allow me to understand what activity must be studied to get rid of this crazy cost.
