I've been a Directv client for almost ten years. Nevertheless, after continuous price increases and terrible customer support encounters, I chose to create a change.
I ended my Directv support in December. I had been informed by them that I'd need to deliver back my rented devices and they could be delivering containers and pre-published brands for me personally to do this. The containers arrived on Thursday, however they debited my bill on Friday.
