Incompetent customer service, can't get rebates

DIRECTV ought to be raised on costs! I've discovered countless grievances on the web and question why they're still running a business! DIRECTV may be the worse organization I've ever endured to cope with

I registered for Directv in March and also have had a lot of issues that I am getting my situation to some lawyer. It's today Sept and that I've had it! They've didn't satisfy their responsibilities and that I WOn't spend their agreement termination costs! That we was informed could be $900.00! That right! $150.00 per regular recipient, $300.00 for quality gear (DVR) and $12.50 monthly of the unfulfilled agreement

I've held records along with a phone login every issue and so I might create websites of grievances but this is a conclusion:

I've invested on average 3 hours per week about the telephone with DIRECTV for that previous six months, which results in about 80 hours. It doesn't contain all of the hours "on-hold" or contacting back after being disconnected

I had been mistakenly billed for installment, per DIRECTV, but can't-get a return.

I can not get the discounts which were guaranteed! Our support continues to be horrible plus they wish to cost me in the future out to repair it

Our DVR, that will be rented therefore it is their gear, did not function and that I was billed $20.00 to obtain a fresh one! I obtained the brand new DVR on 8/20/07 and on 9/17/07 discovered they had expanded my agreement by six months, declaring that my support began fresh using the service of the brand new DVR

I registered for DIRECTV through Qwest and DIRECTV customer support has explained to get hold of Qwest with my support grievances! I had been also known Qwest by DIRECTVis automatic communication program.

Qwest established that DIRECTV is mentioning a significant number of the service grievances to Qwest though Qwest has nothing related to DIRECTV service.
