I had been offered something that I then found out later doesn't occur. I had been offered DSL providers for my pc and was informed I'd keep U Verse as my Television entry. An A.T.&. T. Serviceman arrived and mounted my DSL gear. Then I obtained a notice about the DSL acct. (1st discover rec'd). I talked with A.T.&. T. Plus they advised me these 2 providers together were non existent. They explained to deliver back the gear also it might all be studied care of. I thought I ought to not be inconvenienced in returning the gear which was released improperly. Nevertheless, following a 2nd notice, I DID SO return the gear at an irritation tome. I had been subsequently delivered another overdue statement. I again named A.T.&. T. And talked with "Charles" on 08/31. I had been informed they obtained the gear on 08/08 which he'd indicate the acct. As settled WITHOUT ANY stability. I subsequently obtained An Assortment Discover from Bay Area Credit for $87.34. I experimented with contact A.T.&. T. Twice but was disconnected because of complex issues after which again when moved from department. To department. I then called Bay Area Credit. I had been educated that my stability wasn't $87.34 but $20.34. You can observe my disappointment. I've created every try to solve this problem and today my credit continues to be sacrificed. I challenge this stability and WANT to obtain a phone from A.T.&t. Administration. It's DIFFICULT to get this done being an A.T.&t. Customer.
