I had XM BLOCK 20-25 Channels I didn't want... At first they did it, then they UNBLOCKED THEM 3 months ago WITHOUT MY PERMISSION... The "customer care " reps hang-up on Me WHENEVER I CALL, so who cares, I just keep filing complaints against them day after day... This co. Is a WORTHLESS waste of 16.00 a month... I have the walkman XM and it recieves so bad it's worthless... Save your money... Don't buy sirius/xm... Throw it in the garbage where it belongs!!! It's not like they don't get the full 16.00 for the 200 channels they have, they just won't BLOCK the ones I HATE... Good Job, XM... Hope You go Bankrupt, You keep treating "customers" like you do and you will!!!
