Sirius used our name without our permission. I'll explain. We had Sirius on our Jeep, then we traded it in for a blazer. 3 years later, new owner of jeep got Sirius on a trial basis, but Sirius went by Jeep ven#, and put it under our name. I contacted Sirius in Aug to have my name taken off. They said okay.in Oct I got notice from Sirius "hope you are enjoying your trial". I called again and they said they would have my name removed from the Jeep. Then again Oct I received another notice "hope your enjoying Sirius on the Jeep". Sius stated as long as I am not being billed I should not worry about it. It is just a trial package. I informed them it is fraud using my name. Sirius disagrees. What is worse they switched me to customer care which is located in the Phillipines
