My 3 year old radio quit working so I went ahead and bought a refurbished radio from sirius. It took a week to get it in and when I wanted to activate the radio I was finally informed that I would have to pay a 15 dollar activation fee for the replacement radio. Screw these guys. Now after reading complaint I see ther eis a fee for canceling, my ass I have already spent 3 hours on the radio trying to talk to the right department to cancel my account they put you on hold and forget about you hoping you will hang up. I finally did.
I will have my information deleted before renewal and I will cancel these people and they will not get another dime off of me. It is no wonder these guys were about to go bankrupt, they need to. With customer service like this, it is a sorry state. Now the government allowed them to take over XM so you don't have any compitetion in the market place anymore. Do not get a sirius radio or subscription. You will regret it.
