The cost of my budled services jumped to over $200/month. I called to inquire. Was told that my "special" had ended (2 1/2 years after reducing service following the death of my husband). I asked if I could reduce it to conform to my limited budget. After some discussion I decided to drop the telephone service. That's when the trouble started. I was told that I could reduce my cost but that I would have no DVR, no HD and minimal internet. So, I asked the representative to just leave it the way it was without the telephone.

However, they cancelled my DVR and HD and now my bill is $130/month for the digital stater plan (least number of stations), In order to watch TV in my living room I had to remove the DVR andto move a small box from my guest room to the living room and hook it to my large HD TV. It took me several days and calls to comcast to get more than one station. I have spent hours waiting on the telephone for an answer only to be transferred to another department and disconnected. I cannot get them to talk to me, to give me any other options. Their website is of no help. It won't let you view the options available.

They just threw my business away after over 20 years.
