I was sold the new Comcast Telephone Service on 21 Nov 07. I had their old service (Digital Telephone Service) at that time. Since being put on their new service, I have still been billed monthly for the old service plus their new service.
Multiple calls to 1-800-COMCAST have been made. I have sat on hold for hours trying to get through to the right department. Then, they transfer me, then they disconnect me. When you get a live person, they tell you it's some other department's responsibility. I can't even get a hard copy of my bill and I have been locked out for on-line access to my bill. One customer service rep, said my credit card would be credited but that was a month ago and then it was charged again. Now, I have to cancel this credit card because they keep charging it.
COMCAST is dead to me. Supposedly, I signed up for a two year contract for this phone service. I do not want anything to do with this company and, as soon as I can, will cancel all TV, Internet and Phone Service with Comcast.
