Charging for service after disconnect Allen Park nationwide

After requesting service be disconnected, I received a bill. I moved out of apt and paid for 2 weeks of service that I didn't need. I was told by representative that it would be cancelled on 9/15. Called Comcast and they said it was not cancelled. Do not trust any Comcast representatives. You think that you have things in order and they are not.

I had my own cablebox. Specifically said that service was to be disconnected, as I moved out of state. Yet, they are still charging me for internet at an address where I am not living.

No one at Comcast could help me. The only positive outcome is that my parent's have been debating about changing from Comcast and they have decided to change services.
