I have repeatedly tried to get my phone and internet service to work consistently. After continuous problems a technician finally arrived, after 3 or 4 hours in my home, he had to "reschedule" so I could move items to an area he needed to get to. I did so and waited for the return of a tech on Tuesday the 2nd. This was scheduled BY THE TECH. I had moved the items (no easy feat) Although I was specifically TOLD that this would be a priority and would be the first thing on that Tuesday morning it obviously was not. Borrowed a phone called in and was told the tech had until 9 PM to arrive. Hahahaha. I called a total of 3 times that day each time being assured that the "tech" WOULD be there. MY phone worked off and on so there was NO way he could CALL first and I made it VERY VERY clear I WOULD be at home, and I was. FOR 13 hours awaiting a tech that never showed and still my service is intermittent. I am angry, I am disappointed and I am looking into other options now. I have NEVER EVER been even a day late on MY Payment yet it is alright for this company to treat me with disrespect? I will certainly NOT recommend this company and will actively try and convince others NOT to use this service.interested in how long this problem went on... Many many months.!! I certainly wish I could take back a few words I used with the last CS agent, I was at the end of my sanity!!
