I have been having problems for months suddenly with the quality of service. I have been a customer since August 10. I have gone thru all the growth and service had only improved. Until 2023. I have never been so disgusted with all the deception. I always had unlimited service packages, internet service, my phone never lagged, now it REALLY lags. And then my camera quality changed, poor colors. my phone wont charge and when it does it takes 12 hours, I have horrible security. I received a email alert letter from metro T-mobile stating my data was compromised due to their error and most likely my data was sold and could be found on the dark web.
I have no idea how to fix that. Why wouldnt they resolve the breech?
