Worst Service Ever. Ordered interned and digitial cable on August 21st. Had to wait until Sept 10 for install.installer was 2 1/2 hours late and when he left the picture was poor and no internet service. TWC was to send a service tech 3 days later (earliest I could get) and they sent another installer. He infomed me he would send another tech the next evening and when I said just take the cable back out, he made a call and then said a supervisor was on the way. 90 minutes later when no one had arrived I called TWC and was told the supervisor was on the phone and they would "call back in 30 minutes". Again 90 minutes later I called and was again told the supervisor was busy. I told them to pick up the equipment and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for them to come out and get it.in all only one person even attempted to get things working. It was always "reschedule with another tech". If you are thinking about cable, THINK AGAIN if you live in Dallas or any Time Warner area. Absolutely the worst company of any kind I have ever worked with.
