I made a purchase from Rich Dad World with the understanding that it was a one-time payment. However, there was a small note hidden among all the other information stating that it was actually a five-time payment. The order confirmation indicated a total of $99, but it also mentioned five payments. I thought that meant the $99 would be split into five payments. On 01/31/23, my card was charged $99, and later I discovered that they had been charging me $99 every month. I reached out to their customer support team via phone and email to explain that I only used the program once and had already canceled it. I requested a refund, but the customer service representative informed me that refunds were not possible and then proceeded to block my access to the program. In essence, Rich Dad World wants to collect $99 every five months without providing any services to their customers. This has been the worst company and customer service experience I have ever encountered. I urge customers to be cautious and avoid signing up with Rich Dad World, as they are a scam.
