Complaint / review text:
I am Angel Guzman wife. We have TWC, the first time my husband put cable. He was told that a tech. Would come out and when the day came the tech. Told him that there where no lines outside and a new one would be put in by another tech. After that tech. Two more came out one stated that another tech. Needed to come out and the other stated that the line where there and that he could not explain why the other tech could not connect it. We were without the cable service for two weeks not counting that nothing was taken off the bill for those two weeks. This tech only took, if that 15 mins. To connect my cable. Now come the good part. I moved to another apartment and I gave them the new address put the apartment that I was going to move in was given to another person since there was a fire. My husband spoke to the cable person and gave them the new address and explain the reason why. Well the day that the tech came out I stop the cable guy and ask him where he was going and he stated the first address that my husband had given which sould have been corrected. The tech. Called in and I thought it had been taken care of. The tech. That came out stated that there was a problem with the line and that another tech would come out. Well to make the story short two more came out, gave us the same story and now we have to wait until the 23 of December for another tech. To come out to connect my cable. You know the worst part is this is that my husband is disable and he is home all the time and this is what he does, sit in front of the tv. We have called the TWC and spoke to A tech which I do recall his name Samuel, Monica, supervisor Jonathan and two other ladys. This has started since december 6 and it looks like I will be without cable for a wild. Does anyone know where I could get a good service cable company?
