My T-Mobile bill comes from PO Box 742596, Cincinnati, OH 45274. My phone has been hacked for several years now, and when I looked for T-Mobile's website, t-mobile.com kept coming up as an unsecure site; the bill also directs me to an AT&T address, even though AT&T doesn't own T-Mobile.
I have paid off my phone multiple times, but the balance keeps increasing. My plan payment went up, and I am now paying $41 for a phone that is already paid off - it looks like the "plan" amount actually includes both the phone payoff and the plan cost combined. T-Mobile goes into accounts and changes the totals, and it is unclear who we are actually dealing with or where this money is going.
T-Mobile seems to have serious internal security problems - I found reports of employees hacking millions of accounts in 2021, and it doesn't seem to have improved since.
